As someone who has played and worked for incredible coaches, I have learned a few important things. 

1. The best coaches can explain the most complex things in a way that is easily understood by players. 

2. They can meet their players where they are and lead them to where they should be.

3. They hold themselves to the same standards that the players are held to - if not higher standards.

My goal as a trainer/coach is to consistently maintain those three things and more. I do not take leadership lightly and that is reflected in my work - God-willing!
